The House Rock Kitchen outdoor courtyard features ample shaded seating, a gaming area, a one of a kind (in BV) kids’ magnetic game wall, and a stunning view of Mount Princeton. The boccie court has a compacted gravel surface with cedar frame and is next to the all sand horseshoe pit. A frisbee golf tee and putting discs are available for practice and Giant Jenga awaits your next move. The kid zone features a magnetic building wall that can be arranged in countless ways to challenge and entertain the little ones.

Welcome to House Rock Kitchen

At House Rock Kitchen, we love a good time! And what’s a better time in the Colorado mountains than being outside, eating and having a drink? We have great indoor and outdoor seating options and an area for games that will entertain both the young and old.  House Rock Kitchen incorporates the ideals and energy of its owners. We love Buena Vista, and we think it deserves the best in everything. We’ve listened to the community, and have tried our best to make this space as welcoming and accommodating as possible. We are always interested in hearing new ideas, so please don’t be shy telling us yours.

Thank you,

Hello from “Chef”

I am a seasoned veteran of many years of service in the culinary field. I had an early start in fine dining and feel fortunate to have found my passion in life. My career has taken me through several states and countries but find myself returning to my native Colorado.

I feel fortunate to have found House Rock Kitchen. The style and theme of the cuisine here is what food and eating should be about. Simple, fresh, seasonal and local ingredients being used with respect to create nourishment.

I look forward to cooking for and serving the Buena Vista community. I welcome any questions, requests and suggestions. Please feel free to contact me.

Thank you,
Chef

If the divine creator has taken pains to give us delicious and exquisite things to eat, the least we can do is prepare them well and serve them with ceremony.
